Must be an error in death record - 1830 is year of marriage, and at least 4
children born into the 1840's, unless there is another Ezekial Harding who
married Achsah Sears (unlikely).
Census record of 1840 lists him as living in Dartmouth in the age range of
40-50 with a wife of age 30-40, and one male child age 5-10 and two female
children of age 0-5 and age 5-10; occupation was "Navigation of the OCean."
1850 census lists him as living in Dartmouth as occupation of Carpenter, real
estate valued at $2500, and having wife Achsah of age 43, daughter Waity A of
age 11 (may be error), daughter Achsha of age 11, son George G age 7, and son
Andrew age 8 months; birthplace of Ezekial listed as MassBirth Record found in Chatham Vital Records
IGI gives marriage date as 18 Apr, not 8 Apr as found in other records; also
lists place of marriage as Dartmouth, not Freetown.
