Dear Ray:
I have just come back from a visit at a couple of old graveyards in
Dennis on the Cape, including the ancient Hall burial ground and the
cemetery on Route 6A. I found the stone for Edmund Hall, listed in your
database as 1749-1799, and thought it would be of interest to you.He
would be my g-g-g-g-g-grandfather.

The whole stone says:
"In memory of Mrs. Susanna Burgis
Widow of Mr. William Burgis
& relict of Mr. Edmund Hall
She died Feb 6, 1813 aged 64 years
Also Mr. Edmund Hall
who was drowned at Plymouth
March 1792 aged 42 years
Also Ezra Hall who died in the
Westindias Feb 1801 aged 20 years
Enoch Hall who died in the
westindias March 1805
in his 22d year
both sons of Mr. Edmund and Mrs. Susanna Hall."

There were two other stones nearby for Edmund Hall who died Aug 25, 1833
at 58, and wife Thankful who died May 17, 1721 at 44.
