children, Ezra Sears and Rebecca Gray.
Joseph was appointed Execr.

LLH- Moody moved from Yarmouth, MA, to the Oblong, Putnam co, NY and settled
in what is today the township of Southeast and the village of Brewster, NY, in
1748. He bought 259 acres of land and was, with the following families, among
the first settlers in the area; Crane, Waring, Barnum, Townsend, Paddock,
Crosby, Field, Hall, Doane and Kent. His will is dated 19 Mar 1801 and proved
7 May 1806. Name spelled Haws in his will. Moody and Hannah were pub to be
married 17 Dec 1748, Harwich VR

appointed guardian to the minor children of Willard Sears of Harwich (by his
first wife), viz.: Mary, Ebenezer, Reuben, Edmund and Willard.
His will, Mar. 31, 1802, names wife Deborah; son Nathaniel, and daus. Jerusha
Howes, wife of Samuel Howes; and Deborah Collins, wife of David C.
