graduated from Clark's Commercial School in Titusville, PA. He learned the
trade of Mill Wrighting, which he followed in nearly all of the western states,
usually as foreman or over-seer. In 1922 he was elected to the seventeenth
session of the ID Legislature andin Apr 1893 he was elected Sanitary Inspector,
Health Officer and Park Superintendant of the City of Pocatello, ID, which
office he still occupies.

mill of his own. He was an inventive genius and patented the Raymond Baby
