for a number of years, and now lives on his farm in Rockford, IL
!BFW Rockford Daily Register Gazette, 13 Oct 1893, He spent some time in WY
hoping to ease asthma problems. Since the death of his sister Mrs O C Fay a
few months ago, he seemed to fail more rapidly than ever. Mr Sears was
especially prominent in church circles in Rockford. He helped greatly in
building the State St Baptist church and was a member of the First Baptist
church. He died on the thirteenth anniversary of his father's death.
