Know all men by these presents That I, Tryphosa Sears of Hawley in the
county of Franklin and state of Massachusetts widow of the late Urbane Sears of
said Hawley, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish
this my last Will and Testament.
First, I give and bequeath to my daughters Martha T Vincent, Ella C Temple
and Clara B Childs fifty dollars Each.
Second, I give and bequeath to my son George W Sears all the rest and
residue of my Estate both real and personal after paying the above named
legacies.
Third I ordain and appoint my son George W Sears of said Hawley to be the
Executor of my Will and request that he be not required to give bonds with
surety or sureties, his personal bond being deemed sufficient.
In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal and in the presence
of three witnesses declare this to be my last Will this twenty fifth day of
March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety two.
